Fonespot currently only accepts payments by Visa and Mastercard Credit and Debit cards in UAE currecncy (AED) for all transactions on our website. Fonespot reserves the right to refuse delivery or honor an order from a Customer who has not paid part or the totality of a previous order or with whom a litigious dispute is in progress. also reserves the right to take any necessary steps including legal action in case of outstanding or non-payment of fees by you. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules

Errors and typos
Fonespot will always attempt to maintain and display accuracy in all item descriptions, product images, specifications, pricing, and any other product-related information contained herein or referenced on our Website. However human errors do occur and errors will be corrected where discovered and reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel any stated offer and to correct any errors, product descriptions, product images, specifications, pricing, inaccuracies or omissions even after confirmation of an order.


We offer free delivery for offers above AED 300 and for offers below AED 300 the shipping cost will reflect at check out process.

We have in-house delivery services for Dubai, however we also use Aramex to deliver all over UAE.

Dubai: 24 to 48 working hours
All other Emirates: 3 to 4 working days

  • Not all orders are qualified for free delivery even if product price is above AED 300 specially for products that have offers and promotions on them – charges will be informed upon checkout.
  • Orders may require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation can be requested provided the order has not been shipped. Call us on 043862386 directly to cancel the order.
The refund process could take up to 50 days and would be reimbursed directly to your card. The customer agrees that we would not be able to cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Refund Policy
We at fonespot understand that you may change your mind therefore you can simply return the item to our store or ship your product back to us with a registered courier within 14 days from date of purchase to our store or and we will be pleased to offer a refund, credit note or an exchange. Every product we sell is backed by the manufacturer's warranty.
If a discount coupon, special offer was part of the original order the amount will be deducted from the refund amount. When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount
 All returns must be in a “new” resalable condition, including all manuals, components and accessories, and in the manufacturer’s original packaging. The returned product may also be subject to a restocking fee determined once the item is received.

  • All original invoices, warrantee cards and other related documents provided to you at the time of purchase should be returned.
  • Product should not be tampered with and should not be in used condition.
  • No Software should be installed or deleted.
  • Product has the complete original packaging (if product was sold in original packaging).
  • Saved accessories, consumables included with the products, components, labels, accompanying documentation and software, etc. and their packaging is not damaged.
  • Promotion and bundled offers, including free items, or any other offers must all be returned together and should meet the standard return policy in order to be refunded or exchanged.


Items that cannot be exchanged or returned are mentioned below:

  • Products that are sold with clearance price.
  • Non-warranted items if the seal is broken and out of original packing.
  • We do not accept returns on As-Is products.
